Processing Time and Shipping Time are two different things. Processing Time is the amount of time from receiving your order to making the items. Due to the nature of our products, it takes 2-3 days to process your order. It could take up to 5 days during busy seasons. Shipping Time is the amount of time it takes the carrier to deliver packages from the time of receipt.
Processing time: 3-5 days
Priority Mail: delivers in 1 to 3 business days
Priority Mail Express: delivers next-day to 2 days.
Risk of Loss
Responsibility to the risk of loss for ordered items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. If any items are Lost, Stolen, Damaged, or Not Delivered please open a claim with the mail carrier.
Due to the nature of the items Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges are not granted. Please double-check that all items were selected correctly. We will not be held responsible for user oversight. If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us.
Change of Shipping Address
Once packages have been handed off to the carrier we can no longer change the shipping address. You will need to contact the carrier to see if they are able to redirect the package. We are not responsible for mistypes or incorrect information provided to us. Please double-check all information. There will be no refund granted for user error. You can place a new order with us with the correct information.
A tracking number will be sent to you via email once we deliver your order to a carrier. If you have lost your shipping email, contact us and we can resend your shipping details.
